Signing of a Partnership Agreement to Strengthen Access to Higher Education for Families of the National Police

The Mohammed VI Foundation for Social Works of the National Police Personnel and the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez signed, during the first week of March 2026, a partnership agreement aimed at developing cooperation in the field of higher education and facilitating access to private university education for the children of members of the National Police.

According to the terms of this framework agreement, the children of active or retired police officers, as well as orphans from the National Police family, will be able to benefit from scholarships and reductions in tuition fees across the various programs and specialties offered by the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez.

This agreement will notably allow the children of police officers to benefit from significant reductions in registration and training fees, which may include full and free scholarships for orphans from the National Police family, according to criteria primarily based on academic excellence.

The agreement also provides for strengthened cooperation between the General Directorate of National Security and the university, particularly through the provision of the institution’s infrastructure for continuing and specialized training programs intended for police services. It also opens the door to exchanges of expertise and experience in several scientific fields of common interest.

The signing of this partnership is part of the initiatives carried out by the Mohammed VI Foundation for the social works of police personnel aimed at increasing collaborations with institutional partners, particularly higher education institutions, in order to diversify educational offerings and expand training opportunities for beneficiaries.

More broadly, this agreement is part of a strategic vision aimed at strengthening social services intended for the National Police family, thereby helping to provide police women and men with a stable professional environment that enables them to fully carry out their mission in the service of the country’s security and the protection of property and citizens.
