Syrian Républicaine Praises the Efforts of His Majesty the King, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, in Support of the Palestinian Cause
Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani, Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, praised, on behalf of the Syrian Arab Republic, the constant efforts deployed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, for the defense of the holy city of Al-Quds and its inhabitants, the preservation of its cultural identity, and the safeguarding of its status as a symbol of tolerance and coexistence among the three monotheistic religions.
In a joint communiqué adopted on the occasion of Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani’s first official visit to Morocco, the Syrian official commended the steadfast efforts by Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency, the executive arm of the Al-Quds Committee, placed under the direct supervision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee.
The joint communiqué highlighted the central role played by the Agency through the implementation of numerous field projects of a humanitarian, social, and developmental nature, aimed at supporting the holy city and improving the living conditions of Al-Quds inhabitants.
The Syrian official particularly stressed Morocco’s consistent commitment to the Palestinian cause, especially through initiatives in favor of the inhabitants of Al-Quds, aimed at strengthening their resilience, preserving the cultural and spiritual identity of Al-Quds Asharif, and supporting their attachment to the holy city in the face of the challenges they confront.
Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani, Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, is conducting an official visit to the Kingdom this Thursday, heading a large delegation.
